Refund Policy — iMUO Institute Portal

1. Overview

This policy outlines the conditions under which Indian Music Olympiad (iMUO) may consider refund or cancellation requests for exam fees paid through the Institute Portal. Please read this carefully before completing any payment.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

All exam fee payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully completed, no refund request will be initiated or entertained under any circumstances — including cancellation, student withdrawal, or change of category/topic.

This applies regardless of when the request is made after the payment is confirmed. Please review all student details carefully before proceeding to payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Student fails to appear for the examination after enrolment is confirmed.
Incorrect student details were submitted by the institute and not corrected before the deadline.
The request is made after the enrolment deadline has passed.
The exam has already been scheduled or admit cards generated.
Voluntary withdrawal after roll number assignment.

4. Refund Requests

Since all exam fee payments are strictly non-refundable once completed, iMUO does not accept or process any refund requests. Institutes are advised to:

Verify all student details — name, category, topic/instrument, and class — before proceeding to payment.
Confirm enrolment eligibility of each student prior to fee submission.
Ensure the correct session and exam level are selected before payment.

For payment-related technical issues (e.g., amount deducted but transaction not reflected), contact us via the Support section of the portal with your transaction ID and screenshot. Such cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are distinct from refund requests.

5. Policy Updates

iMUO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the portal. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
